Questions, answered
Do I need my own AI account?
Yes. You paste an API key from the provider you prefer (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek and others). You pay that provider directly for usage, at their prices. Several offer a free tier, which is often enough for a small site.
Will the chatbot answer anything a visitor asks?
No. It is locked to your website and business. Questions about anything else, and attempts to override its rules, get a polite reply that you can customise. No AI can be guaranteed perfect, so we also give you message limits and reply-length caps.
What is the difference between the free plugin and Pro?
The free plugin on WordPress.org is a complete chatbot. Pro is a second plugin you install alongside it. It adds lead capture, WhatsApp handoff, business hours, quick replies, extra themes, CSV export and the premium model list.
What does “one-time” mean?
You pay once for a Pro licence for one website and keep the Pro features, including updates. There is no monthly fee for Pro. Agency is the monthly option for up to 20 websites.
Why is the checkout in ringgit?
Our payment gateway, CHIP, is Malaysian and charges in Malaysian ringgit. The prices on this page are in US dollars for convenience, and the amount in ringgit is shown before you pay. Your card or bank converts it at its own rate.
Can I move my licence to another website?
Yes. Deactivate the licence in Settings → AI Chatbot → License on the old site, then activate it on the new one. Support can also free a slot for you.
What happens if my Agency licence ends?
The Pro features switch off after the end date. The free plugin and your chat history keep working. Renew from the link in your reminder email and the Pro features come back.
Which WordPress and PHP versions are supported?
WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. The chatbot works with classic and block themes, and understands WooCommerce products.
What data do you collect?
For a purchase: your name, email and payment reference. For licence checks: the licence key, your website address and the plugin and WordPress versions. Nothing from your visitors or chats. Details are in the privacy policy.
