Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you buy a licence for the AI Chatbot Pro add-on (the “Product”) from IAMK Digital (“we”, “us”), registered in Malaysia (SSM no. 202603002677 / TR0335104-P). By paying you accept them. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
1. What you are buying
A licence key that activates the Pro features of the AI Chatbot Pro add-on on the number of websites shown for your plan, together with updates to the add-on and email support while your licence is valid. The free plugin “AI Chatbot by IAMK Digital” is provided separately on WordPress.org at no charge.
2. Plans
- Pro: a one-time payment for one website. The licence does not expire. It includes updates to the add-on.
- Agency: a payment for 31 days of use on up to 20 websites. It does not renew automatically: you can renew from the link we email you. When it ends, the Pro features switch off; the free plugin keeps working.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars for convenience. Payment is processed by CHIP in Malaysian ringgit; the ringgit amount is displayed before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may convert the amount using its own exchange rate and may charge its own fees. We do not receive or store your card details.
4. Your licence
The licence is personal to you. You may use it on the number of websites included in your plan and may move it between websites by deactivating it on one and activating it on another. You may not share your key publicly or resell it. We may deactivate a key that is shared, resold or obtained by chargeback or fraud.
The software is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. This licence key does not restrict your rights under the GPL; it covers access to updates, support and the activation service.
5. Your own AI provider
The plugin works with AI services you choose (for example Google, OpenAI, Anthropic). You are responsible for your account with them, their fees and their terms. We do not control or guarantee the answers an AI provides.

7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the licence service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If the service cannot be reached, the add-on keeps working for a grace period of 7 days. We may update the Product and these terms; changes to the terms apply to purchases made after the change.
8. Liability
The Product is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, or for the content of AI-generated replies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
