Install and activate AI Chatbot Pro

Five minutes from purchase to a working Pro chatbot.

1. Install the free plugin

In your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins → Add New, search for AI Chatbot by IAMK Digital, then Install and Activate. You will be taken to Settings → AI Chatbot.

Choose an AI provider, paste your API key and save. Optionally tick Train the chatbot on my own content and press Sync Now.

2. Install the Pro add-on

  1. Open the email we sent after your purchase and download the add-on zip. The link works for 7 days; if it expires, reply to the email and we will send a new one.
  2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, and click Install Now, then Activate.

The Pro add-on needs the free plugin to be installed and active. Install the free plugin first.

3. Activate your licence

  1. Go to Settings → AI Chatbot → License.
  2. Paste your key (it looks like IAMK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and click Activate licence.
  3. The promo banner disappears, the premium models unlock in the model list, and new Pro cards appear under Settings.

Using the Pro features

  • Lead capture: Settings → Lead capture. Tick the box, choose after how many messages the form appears, and add the email address that should receive leads. Leads appear in the Leads tab.
  • WhatsApp handoff: enter your number with the country code and no + or leading zero, for example 60123456789.
  • Business hours: set your week and any holidays. The chatbot will tell visitors when your team is available.
  • Quick replies: one suggested question per line, up to 6.
  • Themes and CSV export: choose a theme in Settings; export from the Chat Logs and Leads tabs.

Moving your licence to another website

On the old website open Settings → AI Chatbot → License and click Deactivate on this website. Then activate the same key on the new website. If you can no longer reach the old site, email us and we will free the slot.

Renewing an Agency licence

We email you a reminder 7 days before your licence ends, with a renewal link. Renewing adds a new period to the end of your current one, so nothing is lost by renewing early.

Troubleshooting

  • “Maximum number of websites”: the key is already active on as many websites as your plan allows. Deactivate it on one of them, or contact us.
  • “Expired”: your Agency period has ended. Renew with the link in your emails.
  • “Refunded”: the licence was refunded and no longer works.
  • “Could not reach the licence server”: your site could not make an outgoing HTTPS connection. Ask your host to allow requests to wp-plugins.iamkdigital.com.
  • Did not receive the email: check spam, then write to tech@iamkdigital.com with the email address you paid with.
