IAMK Digital, registered in Malaysia (SSM no. 202603002677 / TR0335104-P) (“we”) run this website and the licence service for AI Chatbot Pro. This page explains what we collect and why. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, the plan, the amount, and a payment reference from CHIP. Card and bank details go straight to CHIP; we never see them.
- When you activate or use the Pro add-on: your licence key, your website's address, and the add-on and WordPress version numbers. This is sent when you activate, once a day as a licence check, and when WordPress looks for updates.
- When you visit this site: our server briefly records technical information such as your IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for rate limiting). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. A short-lived cookie is used to protect forms on the checkout page.
What we do not collect
We never receive your visitors' chats, leads, content or AI provider API keys. The chatbot stores its data on your own WordPress website and sends messages directly from your site to the AI provider you choose.
Why we use it
- To deliver your licence key, provide support and send renewal reminders (necessary to perform our contract with you).
- To check that a licence is valid and used within its limits.
- To keep records the law requires, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Who else handles it
- CHIP (payment processing).
- Our email provider (sending licence emails).
- Our hosting provider (storing the licence database).
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this website, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Purchase and licence records are kept for as long as the licence exists and for the period required for accounting and tax records afterwards. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Write to tech@iamkdigital.com.
