We want you to be happy with AI Chatbot Pro. If it is not right for you, we will refund you.

Our promise

Ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the amount you paid. We may ask what went wrong, because it helps us improve, but you do not need to justify your request.

Agency licences

The same 14 days apply to each Agency payment, including renewals. Refunding a payment ends the licence period that payment bought.

How to ask

Email tech@iamkdigital.com from the address you purchased with and include your licence key or order reference.

How we refund

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through CHIP. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them.
• We refund the ringgit amount you were charged. We cannot refund any currency-conversion fees your bank applied.
• When a refund is issued the licence is switched off. The Pro features stop working at the add-on's next licence check, and the free plugin keeps working.

Outside the 14 days

We do not normally refund after 14 days, but if something is wrong with the Product that we cannot fix, write to us and we will find a fair solution.
